Eligibility for Return:

Please share an unboxing video of the entire process of opening the parcel as received from ARAYEE

. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Broken or damaged products
• Missing products
• Wrong item received
 
Note: In the cases mentioned above, refunds are not permitted. Only new items will be shipped again.

Unboxing Video Requirements:

An unboxing video is mandatory for all return claims. Your video must clearly show:

• The sealed package as received
• The complete unboxing process
• The issue with the product (if any)
 
Note: Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.

How to initiate a return request:

1. Please share your Order ID and contact number with us.
2. Upload at least 2 clear photos of the product.
3. Submit the unboxing video.
4. Email all details to help@prao.com. 
 

 

Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you cancel an order after shipment, the refund will be provided as ‘Store Credit’ after deducting shipping charges. Only the price of the article will be credited to your store credit section.
• Articles purchased under special festival/occasion offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
• No special or separate gift boxes are provided for individual orders.
• Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
 

 

Important Notes

• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Claims submitted long after delivery may not be accepted.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or warranty.
• Reshipped products are non-refundable.
